Template for Highland Colony Rental Lease

You must have a lease to rent your unit.  You might consider this template for your unit's rental form.  You can change or delete sections to fit your special concerns, but please keep all clauses mentioning Highland Colony or the Highland Colony Homeowner Association.  

The signed lease is for your protection and the protection of the Association and its property.  It is evidence that renters have been made aware of and are subject to the requirements of our condominium instruments: Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. 

There must be three signed copies of the lease: one for the unit owner, one for your renter, and one to be held by the Board of Directors.
