Meetings & Minutes

 Meetings are held on the third Monday of the following months:  

• The Annual Meeting of the entire membership is held in June.  
• Board of Directors meetings are held in March, June, September, and December.    
• Within 30 days of the Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors and any newly elected board members gather for an organizational meeting to plan for the coming year.

All members are welcome to attend any of these meetings.  We encourage your input regarding any issue under discussion.
